Genetic algorithms

The genetic algorithms has been discovered by Darwin at the end of the XIX century and introduces in the theory of evolution of species.

Their purpose is to find out out on acceptable but non optimal solution to a problem too complexes to be solved by determinist means.

In the evolutionary of species, the genetic algorithm acts to find out the living species the best adapted to an environment.

Species are a group of individuals which can:

bulletmutate at random,
bulletgenerate a new generation of individuals with the combine characteristics of two formers individuals

The environment is defined so as individuals with positive characteristics have more chance to transmit their characteristics than individuals without those characteristics
