Rational opinion will have a comprehensive knowledge in the art of finance and it will be able to use this knowledge to analyze the information and feed up automatic trading system with strategies.
It should also be autonomous in the evaluation of those strategy and be able to return feedback to researchers involved in those trading strategies.
