Our first action is to organize a petition of all software specialists to validate the possibility and the advantage of such an electronic
democracy system for the nation. According to the constitution framework of England, this petition will be presented to the
royal family so as to have the authorization of experimenting those new concepts.
The second action is to convince business managers
that the flexibility of such system will increase the number of initiatives and so accelerate the economic growth of England. It will also move the public sector toward specialization and efficiency. Finally, it will have the effect to
reduce the level of taxation and concentrate taxes on profitable ideas.
The third action is the petition towards the
European Parliament as the european parliament have stricted law concerning petition. Many european citizen
prefers the Electronic Democracy be tested with the European Parliament but are very conservative with their national parliament.
